I saw those at CSF. Killer find. It woulda been nice if they'd ground off the CS markings a little bit cleaner, but meh...they're users, so no big. :rockon:

Yeah the photo is a bit sharper here, less limitations, the air is cleaner and smells nicer up here. . . ; )
They were grinding haphazardly for effect without any care of the appearance. Fortunately they didn't affect the function.

The Oyabun was a longer version of the Kobun wasn't it? I'm guessing it has the same narrow handle as the Kobun? I really like the Kobun handle. Nice and slim but still grippy and comfy.

Yeah The Oyabun has a 9 inch blade, the handle is a bit thicker than the Kobun, its in between and somewhat like and 2 inches longer than the Recon Tanto. Awesome knife, I got two Oyabun and all three mentioned : )
