Hi all!
I have been watching noss4's videos for 2 years on Youtube. Then suddenly, I realise I should go to his forum. And now I come.
I'm Chinese, and in our country, playing knife is forbidden by law. But there are still lots of knife players as well as knife makers. Though we cannot take our knives to the streets, or even cann't let others see them, we still have a great time with them. :thumb: Because as a knife lover, we all enjoy the fun of knives.

Knives are actually not used for work and recreation. Because the police see it only as a weapon. All knife business need to go covertly, and carrying a knife in public is never allowed. However, those who loves knives always get their lovers, by one means or another. Anyway, knives are far more expensive in China, sometimes it comes up to 3 to 4 times the price in US. But the good thing is, our native knife dealers are able to smuggle all kinds of foreign knives into the market, though the amount is very limited, and that's part of the reason why knives are expensive.
For example, I spent about $120 for my KA-BAR, and $70 for my GI Tanto, and $180 for my Trail Master (SK-5). While these are the cheaper ones, we have Strider knives selling up to $800-$900, and Maddog up to $1000. The more expensive the knife sold in US, the much more it is sold in China.

Actually, as long as nobody notices, you can always carry your knife on you. But when caught by a cop, you will be in trouble. :(
gd1944, Welcome to the forum. :thumb: I didn't know the knife laws were that strict there. :( I feel for you man.
