View Full Version : Tramontina 12" and Bolo Machetes

These are a pair that i use quite a bit, and have done lots of batoning with. Best I could find is that they're 1070 at Rc48-52. The wooden handles look like they'll eventually fall off. On the 12", they started rattling when I used it as a thrower. It might be nice to see these put to the test.

Any pictures of yours? who makes them?

I personally prefer any machete to Bolo... too tip heavy.

shecky: Welcome to the forum. I went down to a hardware store that I thought carried them but they had something else. I'm going to order one. I'm sure someone has them local I just don't where ?
