Need some writing skills here (Im not saying that I have them) I looked down and there at my feet was a large rattlesnake ready to strike. In one smooth motion I unsheathed my Ka-Bar knife and threw it at the head of the deadly serpent, impaling the head and pinning it to the ground!

By the way he almost got me, going after him. The knife wasn't thrown, nor the snake impaled. The kill cut is a backslash almost always. the impalement is afterwards. Nice having you here by the way1
