Just a short field test of the ZT 0301 as if it was your only knife while in the field.

Nice. I wouldn't mind trying one these. Between the Strider in your other video and the ZT which on is heavier built.? Thanks for the video. Keep them coming. :thumb:

No problem at all, The ZT 0301 is a tank of a folding knife.

I have to send the SmF to the SPA, no choice, I did something to it.

To bad about the Strider. At least they are going to fix it. :thumb:

I wouldn't pay $500 for a knife that wasn't fully covered 100%. :D :thumb:

I dunno what I did to it, but I screwed it up.

But I did the crap out of it and it was still in one piece and the lock never failed and it will still pass the spine whack test as hard as you would hit it all day long. :thumb:

I would trust this ZT more than the Strider as a "last resort camp knife". Though they are advertised as law enforcement/military knives, I don't really see what this beefy blade would be usefull for to an urban police officer, but as a light camp tasks folding knife, it makes sense, especially considering the recurve helps keeping the material on the blade. It would be interesting they make a larger (4.5") and cheaper version.

Good job Jankerson.

The ZT 0301 is pretty cheap at $230 or so.

Thanks man, I use my blades and use them hard so I think that's the reason I am so picky about what I spend my money on. :)

That's not exactly what I would call "cheap", which, to me, is about 60$ and less.

I didn't say they were cheap, I said they were not that expensive, big difference. ;)
