Well the Chat box finally died. It's had problems from the start. The settings stopped responding so I had to shut it down. I'll look for a new better one.

From what you have experienced and what some here have said, the chat box didn't fit--but for me----now that my computer is working and I can post--there are times I would like to discuss specific things with a member that has direct knowledge on something I am interested in. I hesitate to do this on a particular thread because it may take away from the thread subject and divert attention from the members posting.
Such as--Jankerson has alot of experience with Busse knives---I would like to ask his opinion on several Busse Kins knives but don't want to divert one knife thread to a different knife. There are things I would like to ask Noss but I don't want to bottle up a thread on a different subject. ------would like your suggestions.
As soon as I get my new camera set up, I want to post my photos--so I may need some assistance then-------------thanks for your attention---DanOh

If you would like to ask a few questions but do not want to start a thread or divert a thread, you can always use the IM feature. ;)
