But then CPM 154 takes an awesome edge. :rockon:

Yes, the Edge Pro is an incredible tool. In fact, when I first went professional it was my only tool.

I wish I had some knives utilizing CPM-154CM. Alas, I do not. I do have several Emersons, but mine are all marked "154 CM."

I notice that Jon Graham is now offering CPM-154CM as a choice on his new production. I believe my next Razel will be in that alloy.

Thank you very much for taking the time to demonstrate 'slicing.' You did not have to do that, and I am grateful you took the time to provide us with that info. :thumb:

It is an excellent slicer even with that thick .200" blade due to the deep high hollow grind. :thumb::rockon:
