Any of the full size Bark River knives in A2 steel. The Bravo 1 seems to be the most popular so it would probably be the best model for testing.
I like the Aurora and own one myself. Barkies seem to be quality knives and have some unusual features like convex grind and virtual absence of a choil on some models. I would love to get an idea of how Mike Steward's knives, in A2, hold up as compared to other brands.
And Noss is the guy to uncover whether the emporer is clothed, or not.
NervusNorvus: Welcome to the forum. I hope to test a Bark river soon.

Noss when you test the Barkie (I'm waiting for a ss Bravo 1 I've got on order) keep it away from any passing Badgers that may come by! Provided no Badgers get their paws on it Mike at Bark River will replace it under warranty! ;)

their is also the bark river bravoII. (or gameskeeperII)
A bravo1 would be pretty small to test.
I think you get a better idea with a bigger blade sometimes. :D
bark river will for sure be the best cutters, I think.
they do have really thin edges, I wonder how they will hold up with abuse?

Wtf about badgers?
Oh and I dont know about that... Mike Stewart is one of the many people that wants to see Noss's guts tied to the front bumper of a 16 wheeler with a long rope, then run over and pulled at high speeds on a gravel road.
Apparently quite a common sentiment!
But it's ok Noss... you know we love you. (in a manly love way sort of course)
BRKT would be interesting to see. I'd like someone to compare the edge on their convex ground knives with the FK one... (they have a rep)

I hear barkies have thinner edges than fallknivens.
though mike stewart thinks noss is a "bully" maybe this test could prove to him that he's not. idk.
I'm sure he would replace the knife... but it would just make him think less of noss.
Mike can be... a "jerk" as some people would call it... but he knows knives and he's pretty cool in my book.
also, badgers are the exception to their warranty. :D

I have the Bravo II for a while and I just love it : it is light, easy to carry and very efficient for such an average size : it is as efficient as my fallkniven ODIN Northern lights. If you have to chop a tree or hard wood, well, it is too light. But for a general outdoor use (making fire, open a trail, etc), it is just great. It is very easy to sharpen and it is razor sharp. The only thing I don't like, it is the butt's handle : if you mishandle the knife, it hurts.... And one more pin on the handle to fasten the micarta would be great (there are only two pins).
I would love to see this knife tested.
