so...
I was just sitting here reading about some of my favorite multitools, (trying to pick one out) and I just couldn't really get a good sense of the different tools (as far as different brands go) strengths/weaknesses. (I did ask people, but no one could give extensive knowledge about many of the tools)
idk how to expalin it to you really...
anyways, I was thinking it'd be cool if you got similar models of different brands (like, you wouldn't put a leatherman surge up against a swisstool spirit or something) and go over the different tools and test them against each other.
like, you could test the pliers strength, the wire cutters see whihc saw was most effective/tough ect.
:D
although I know it would be a long test/tests (really, the only makers of multitools are gerber, sog, leatherman and victorinox, so it could all be donw in one test if you had to) so it would have to be after your break, but I really think it'd be a good idea.
