A little worried about you and the effing C in the wake of Ike. Of course, knowing you, you were probably out in the storm conducting some high-intensity field test.

Were all pulin for you here. looks like Ike did a lot of damage inland too. Hope you faired well. You said you expected to be without power for a while. Hope it does not go further than that. I know you are probable outside clearing the streets with the FBM. Keep safe and we will be praying for you and Camera man.

i was just on the phone with noss and he lost signal after a few minutes. he's cleaning up outside and is running off of a generator. he doesnt have internet service yet and will be back on line when he does.

i was just talking to noss. he's almost done cleaning up the mess in his yard. he still doesnt have internet and doesnt know when he will have it. he said thanks kiahs for booting the spammer. if anyone has any problems and needs to talk with noss let me know.

Hey guys, I am okay too. I had a bunch of downed limbs but I got out their with my Browning Crowell Barker Competition Chopper and went to work. Before I knew it, I had two big-ass piles of kindling. I stopped by Noss' place and helped him pick up some limbs as well. He's got more trees on his property so he's got a lot to do. Both of us lost sections of our fencing. Other then that, I was without power for a couple of days. But, I had to go do a job in Oklahoma so I just got back tonight (Thursday) so I just had to sweat it out for a couple of days before I took off and got to live it up in a hotel on my company's expense :D. I have power restored so life is almost back to normal....well, normal for me :rockon:

Just a thought. After banning the spammers I would like the moderators and the supermoderator to consider a a dedicated spammer thread so that spammer posts could be assigned to said thread so forum members can verbally whip them like a Piniata.
I just thought it might be fun.

i just talked to noss and he's doing fine except for not having any electricity. if any of the mods have free long distance how about giving him a call to pass the time. the number can be found in the mods only section. if any older members in the states or canada wish to talk to noss, you can send me your number and i'll set up a 3 way call if i can get it to work.

Hey Bro glade you were able to make a post. We were all wondering what happened to the father. You can rest assured we were all taking care of the farm while you were gone. Yeah I bought another generator to power the shop. It should be here in a few days.
It does not look like I will get power anytime soon. They are saying some people will
not get power until mid october. If this is me I don't know since the damn power company won't tell me anything.
I do know there is a lot of damage to the power lines here and they are not in here working. :mad: So it looks like my power may be out for a while.:confused:

The RC4 test will be posted when I get my high speed internet back. No way i'm trying to do it on dial up. It takes long enough with high spped internet.

Thanks. We should be okay. Kyle seems to be headed towards the New England area. All we are supposed to get is a little flooding.:)
