I think this would be a good knife to test. Its made from D2, not that spendy, feels pretty good in the hand. I think it would have to be more durable than the Jungle fusion for about 10 bucks more! $55.00 at Sears!:headbang:

Yes, I second that. The fact that it has a 10" blade of D2 and a skeletonized tang with kraton handles make it a unique blade.

I havent done any abuse tests, but I have beat the shit out of the Outcast with normal use and I cant kill it...it's bad to the bone.

the one i reground for macgregor was wicked after i put a convex edge on. it should hold up really well.

Cool, I have to say this is why I have come to this forum. If a knife performs well in Noss's DT I feel so much more confident in it.
