Crap I have been busy! School and work, = me not having time for posting! I have been keeping up on your tests though Noss and have shown countless people this site.

About 2 weeks after my last post, I was up near Rainy Lake in MN and did some serious camping/bushcraft. I brought the CTD, LMF, CS Kuk, and my EDC min grip. I took TONS of pictures and put that CTD knife though some crazy shit, and it is still here. The camera fell into the lake. I thought I had a monster northern on the end of the line and my buddy fumbles the camera and *plop* into about 50ft of cold ass water. Top it off; it was only like a 20 incher :(.

So anyway I will have some more photos and stuff and be posting again!

BTW. I am looking for a fixed blade, 4" or slightly lsess, non-serrated, carbon steel knife for under 150 bucks.

Shit, I know the busy part. I wish I had enough hours in a day. But I'm getting to where I need at least 7 hours sleep every night. Not getting any younger. Welcome back.

That RC-3 with the plain edge looks sweet, exactly the type I am looking for. I wonder why the 3 is sold by third party retailers and not from the manufacturer like the 4 and 6?

So while poking around the net in search for my next blade, I see this:

Now this is a beautiful knife! While searching for this i noticed a HUGE difference in prices. I was wondering if this is because or the blade steel?

Other thing is if there is a "cheaper" version, has anyone used this blade before?
