Dunno how to start, but if all goes well, I'll get a knife testing lab at my disposal in March. Hardness test, corrosion test, bending test(no soap bars involved:p), composition test (stainless only), ultra microscope for the steel structure(gotta ground it to 2 µm first:eek:)
Just wanna let you guys know. Quite busy right now for the preparation for this yob. Don't wish me ill luck, plan it.
