I like the self-made knives. The second one's blade reminds me a lot of the Bark River Mikro Canadian (one of my favorite mini fixed blades). How do you like the Moore Maker folder? I've had my eye on one of their Mountain Man lockbacks in 1095 with real stag scales.

Thanks, I've got a little gas forge that I fool around with once in a while. They look a little primitive, but they work allright.

The Moore Maker is a really cool knife. It's a big, tough knife that came with a nice open-top pouch that provides easy access when working. Only the clip point blade locks; the back spring is really strong, so the knife's difficult to open at first. Pretty happy with it overall.
