I was able to do it a few times with a fillet knife fresh off the sharpmaker, but my cuts were not as quite as smooth as the obe he did in the vid....not as easy as it looks!

Dang, I did it wrong. I tried with some printer paper, but I let go of the paper first. Still made it all the way through, but still not the same test.
