Hi,
I'm an spanish knife afficionado and I've been watching the tests and reading your messages and they're very very interesting. In Spain there are few knife forums (it's better that I say that there is ONE forum) and of course, nobody makes knife tests in that amazing way. Here in Spain the main production knife makers are Aitor and Muela, but there are some more good production knife makers as Cudeman, Castaņeda and Nieto.
Well, from now I will be reading all of you.
