Sharp knives. . .
Nice. I love the mora 2000. I have been wanting to try a Anza out. I have never heard of the svord.

I wish the distributor had more SVORD knives but the only have the Peasant Knife $10 ish as shown or with a wooden handle for the same price. Get a few, you will not be sorry!
The Anza knives (made from files) are inexpensive also, the one shown is about 3" blade and full tang for $24 my cost.
Both the Anza and the SVORD are among the sharpest knives I own and I know you know how sharp the Mora 2000 will get!
Good stuff for cheap. . .

Ordered a 6.5" Bowie from NZ for about $112. I liked the review on their site.

I don't think that amount includes shipping to the states. You never know when ordering overseas. May be a couple of months before I see it.

Nice one. . .
I like the economy drop point model but they seem to sell from a distributor in Australia. I wrote them about direct sales via the website but I got no response, maybe I'll try again.

I got a response from SVORD and they sell to a local distributor but currently only the Peasant style knives, I am going write the distributor today and try to get them to carry other models. SVORD will sell me the Economy Sporting Drop Point for $64 plus $10 shipping which is fair but the distributor usually sells at half retail. I'd like to buy a few, sell a few and keep a few for myself ; )

You can also go through this outlet in NZ. Made to order. In other words, order the knife and Svord will make it. Those are New Zealand dollars. There is a money converter on the page.

Also, on the large knives he uses L6 differential temper steel. Rockwell mid 60s along the edge and lower 60s along the spine.

I may go for the SVORD Drop Point soon.
I just ordered a couple Anza's 4" and 2" blades, two Cold Steel Kukri machetes, Cold Steel SAX machete, Tramontina 18" Latin machete, and a Wetterling Carpenter Axe. I am getting ready for another camping trip ; )

You know, your tools from the last camping trip are still useful....:)

Svord knives are very intriguing. I might just have to get one. I might just have to get two. The Pig Sticker and the Bowie at the very least.:thumb::rockon::rockon:
