Noss. How about one of Spydercos larger fixed blades? The Rock Salt was just released and seems like it would be an interesting test. I've heard it's an Ork-slasher.
Also there are the Jerry Hossom collaborations with Spyderco (Forester, Forager, and Woodlander). In order of size. Whatcha think?:)
amen74,
I'm not familiar with the Rock Salt . I know about the the Hossom Forester. I'll look into them for a test.

The Rock Salt is made of H1 steel which is impervious to rust and has FRN handles. I think you would be pleasantly surprised by the design. Check it out.
The Hossom FBs are made of N690C steel from Italy and have Micarta handles.
I'm looking at it now. I would like to see how H1 steel performs. Yeah this would be interesting. Good suggestion.

FYI. There are also Aqua Salt models, also made of H1. A more affordable H1 knife for testing.
Might not be as interesting as with the Rock Salt design, but they do have same materials.
Okay. I'll check it out. Thanks
